Lenard A. Wise - Born in Taiwan and eventually raised in Tampa, Fl. Mr. Wise attend Hillsborough County Public school and Community College. While residing in Houston Texas he found his passion for designing jewelry with a kit he purchased in a local arts and craft store. From that point he trained himself to start making jewelry for both men and women, creating the birth of Beads by L. Eventually as time passed he begin to create many styles of jewelry and from that point changed his business name to Designs by Lenard Wise. 

 

Currently residing in Atlanta GA. Mr. Wise is currently working on expandng his designs nationwide. His designs consists of Necklace, Bracelets and Earrings. Prices are very competative depending on the designs. Designs by Lenard Wise can be custom designed to your specifications and requirements.
