​Natasha D Harvey was born in Brooklyn NY. She moved to SC at 9yrs old with her mom and sister. As a young child, Natasha always had a strong interest in fashion from making doll clothes with her mom stockings to sketching all the time. In 2003 she decided to try something different and enrolled in the business program at AIU-Online. She graduated in 2004 with an Associate Degree in Business. Even after graduating, she still had a strong desire to pursue fashion design.

In 2011 she decided to step out on faith and take a chance, she moved to Atlanta GA with her children to pursue her dream and to have a better life for them. March 2012 she met Project Runway Fashion Designer Rafael Cox; where she assisted Rafael with fashion shows, shoots etc. For over 2 years she learned the fashion industry and gained so much knowledge from her now good friend Rafael.

Her company VioletRose78Inc. was created in 2011, by putting her favorite color, her favorite flower and her year of birth together. VioletRose78Inc. consist of two lines LusciousRose and VioletRose78. LusiousRose was presented on Spetember 21, 2013 at the Atlanta Underground Music Awards Fashion Show. Her desire for her line is to be worn by women of all shapes and sizes. She wants her designs to make all women feel confident, sexy and free to be themselves.
